Michael Joyce

JOYCE, Michael P. - Age 65 of Nashville passed away on Monday, the 28th of January, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Anthony and Mary Jeannette O’Brien Joyce. Mr. Joyce is survived by his sister, Patty Joyce Coulter (Steve); nephew, Jay Coulter (Chris) and their children, Stephen and Lucy; niece, Kellye Coulter and her daughter, Madison; niece, Kristy Olinger (Brian) and their daughters, Mary and Bree. Mr. Joyce was a 1965 graduate of Father Ryan High School. He received his undergraduate and completed his master’s degrees in business from the University of Tennessee in 1976. He also served in the United States Navy from 1968 -1974. Mr. Joyce was a resident of Nashville for a majority of his 65 years and member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Visitation will be at nine-thirty in the morning with a Mass of Resurrection conducted at ten-thirty, Saturday, the 2nd of February, 2013 with Rev. Dexter Brewer serving as celebrant. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ the King Church or Father Ryan High School.
