She was born in Tonawanda, NY to the late Joseph and Helen McGlinchy. Mary worked for CCA as a payroll coordinator.
She was predeceased by her nephew, Matthew Merrick. Mary is survived by her son, Charles P. Massie, her siblings, Joseph McGlinchy and Nancy, T. James McGlinchy and Linda, Anne Merrick and Samuel, her nephew, Daniel Merrick, her niece Elizabeth Merrick and her husband Michael Haley and two great nieces, Tabitha and Audrey Merrick Haley. She is also survived by her “Nashville Sisters”.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 901 New Road, Elsmere, DE 19805 where friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Cathedral Cemetery.
