.Mary G. Jackson passed away on Monday March 7, 2016 after several years of declining health. She was born November 25, 1925 in Decherd, TN, the last of 12 children born to John and Clara Garner. She is preceded in death by her husband Samuel W. Jackson and her son Dennis W. Jackson. She is survived by her daughter Victoria Jackson Bridges and son-in-law Roy Bridges, and grandchildren Scott Jackson, Tori Jackson Williams (Jeff) and Bea Jackson Hermsdorfer, as well as daughter-in-law Tancy Daniels. Mary also has three great grandchildren.Mary was a partner in ProDiesel, Inc. and worked there from 1977-1999 with her daughter Victoria after her husband’s death. She was a long-time member of Woodbine United Methodist Church and the Fellowship Class. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.Visitation will be at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Wednesday March 9th from six o’clock until eight o’ clock in the evening, with graveside services held the following day, March 10th at ten o’clock in the morning at “The Garden of Time” at Woodlawn Memorial Park . Members of The Friendship Class of Woodbine United Methodist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family requests that memorials be made to Woodbine United Methodist Church at: 2621 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211 in the care of the Mary G.
