Mary Beth Hayes

Mary graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 1978 with her Bachelors of Science degree. During her time in college she met the love of her life, Gregory A. Hayes and they married on June 23, 1979 in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Mary had a career in education where she was an elementary school teacher in Cheatham and Williamson County. She was a very fun and outgoing person to be around. Her hobbies she enjoyed were gardening and boating. Mary was a member of the Brentwood United Methodist Church for many years.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Gregory A. Hayes; Daughter, Rachel Anne (Adam) Militana; Father, Wenner Botkin; Sister, Linda (Keith) Streitenbargh; Brother, John (Judy) Botkin; Grandchildren, Ada Militana, Benjamin Militana and Liv Militana.

Mary is preceded in death by her Mother, Rachel Botkin and her sister, Sara Sprouse.
