WILLIAMS, Martha Jean, age 94, passed away peacefully on the 10th of August 2012. She was born on the 18th of April 1918 in Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by her husband, Hayes Everett Williams & grandson, Robert Daniel Barden. She is survived by her children, Dan (Linda) Williams, Patricia Barden, Robert (Margaret) Williams and Linda (Larry) Pulley; 9 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:30 p.m. Monday, August 13th in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall, with visitation one hour prior, Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be: Leroy Barden, III, Norwood Gant, Charles Williams, Buford Wilson, John Wilson & Stan Wooten; Honorary Pallbearers: Paul Graves, Bart King, Bill Moser, Phil Slagle & Bill Steelman. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday the 12th of August 2012 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Williams may be made to the Brenthaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 516 Franklin Road, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 or to the Nashville Rescue Mission, 639 Lafayette Street, Nashville, Tennessee 37203.
