Martha Anderson Batchelor age 88 of Nashville, passed away on August 6, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Charles Edward Batchelor, brothers, John Charles Anderson and William Wyatt Anderson. She is survived by her daughter, Martha Ann Batchelor, siblings, James P. Anderson, Jr. and Elizabeth Smith.
Martha was a graduate of Hillsboro High School and the Baptist School of Nursing. She retired from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. She loved crafts of all kinds, country music, cooking, gardening and sewing. She was also a 50+ year member of the John B. Garrett #271 Order of the Eastern Star.
Visitation will be on Monday from 4-7 PM at Mt. Olivet Funeral Home with an Order of the Eastern Star service at 7 PM at Mt. Olivet Funeral Home visitation will also be on Tuesday from 12-1 PM at Mt. Olivet Funeral Home with a Memorial service to follow 1 PM at Mt. Olivet Funeral Home with interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
