Mark Collier Bowman, Sr. of Nashville, TN passed away on January 24, 2020. He was born in Nashville, TN on April 5, 1955 and attended McGavock High School. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a member of the founding family of the original A. B. Collier Wrecker Service. He loved his family, rock and roll, NASCAR, and animals (especially cats). He was a car collector and an avid pool player. He played in and headed leagues at JOB in Nashville.
He is survived by his wife Gwen Gifford Bowman, son, Mark Collier Bowman, Jr. (Heather), grandson, Braden, brother, Arden D. Bowman, Jr. (Janetta), nieces, Melody Johnson (Jerry), Tiffany Miller (Kris), great nephews, Christian Hammer (Caitlin) John Geruc, Skylar Mangrum, Caleb Johnson and great-great nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Mark’s life on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from three o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home and Crematory located at 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204.
