Lester C. Hayes, born February 13, 1922, age 96, passed away peacefully with his family on June 15, 2018. He is preceded in death by his son E. Steven Hayes.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Hayes; his son, Clete Hayes; his daughter, Holly Hayes Bryan; grandsons, Chad McGregor Bryan and Steven Tanner Bryan.
He was a member of Jackson Park Church of Christ. He was a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force during World War II. He was retired from I.C. Thomasson Associates.
Celebration of Life Service will be on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at two thirty in the afternoon, Woodlawn's Dignity Hall. Gathering of family and friends will be from twelve o'clock noon until the service at Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home.
