Larry was born on November 11, 1958 in Nashville, TN to John and Delia Mae Tucker. He graduated from Father Ryan High School where he was a wrestler.
Larry ran his own landscaping business, Lucky Larry’s Lawn Service and worked manual labor jobs for P.I.E. Trucking before finishing his career at Home Depot servicing in their lumber department.
Some of Larry’s favorite hobbies were fishing, camping, woodworking, stringed instruments, song writing, line dancing, the Rodeo, vacationing with his two sons and being a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church.
Larry is survived by his two sons, Jason and Shaun Tucker.

A Gathering of Family and Friends for Larry will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A Celebration of Life will occur following the gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. A Graveside service will occur Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
