She was a member of Dalewood Baptist Church.

Virginia is survived by daughter, Sharon Ann Glenn McClanahan; granddaughter, Ashley Raye McClanahan Horton (Steven); great grandchildren, Madilyn Rayne and Ty Cullyn Horton; son-in-law, Danny McClanahan; friend, James McCurdy; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 from four o’ clock in the evening until eight at Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at eleven-thirty in the morning on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior. Bro. Ken Castleberry and Bro. Paul Wampler, officiating.
