Karen Ann Hailey

Karen Ann Hailey, 73, passed away May 29, 2023, peacefully at home. Karen's creative talents included painting, art, and pottery. According to her family she made the best pies and cookies. At one point she owned and operated Arising Sun gallery. Through her shop she was able to share her many talents with other people. She enjoyed her yard, her flowers, and quick outings to the casino. She was devoted to her children, grandchildren, and husband of 53 years.

Proceeded in death by her parents, Harold and Kay Jones, sons Jim Hailey and Eric Hailey, brother Russ Woods. Survived by husband Jimmy Hailey, son Chris Hailey, brother Mike (Fran) Woods. Grandchildren Coyle and Laila Hailey, Eric Morgan Highsmith, Ainsley Hailey, Sam McConnell, and Amanda Hailey, daughter in law (California)

Visitation was held at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home, 201 25th Ave North, Nashville, TN on Friday, June 2, 2023.

Funeral Mass was held at the Church of the Holy Rosary, 190 Graylynn Drive, Nashville, TN on Saturday June 3, 2023, with grave services to follow.
