Julia was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and was the daughter of Daisy Nixon Reynolds and the late James Lafayette Reynolds of Nashville. A graduate of The Harpeth Hall School and the University of Tennessee, she had a long career in Global Finance starting with First American Bank until she retired as a Senior Vice-President with Bank of America in 2013. Julia was a member of Woodmont Christian Church. Always eager to lend a helping hand, Julia was a champion of both people and animals in need.
Additionally she is survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 5, 2016 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1101 Lebanon Pike with Dr. Clay Stauffer officiating.
