Jude Tisdale Alexander

Died May 18, 2014. Born in Nashville, TN to the late Frances Tisdale Bayer and Thomas William Tisdale.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Cherry Tisdale Griffin, and Stepfather, Dr. Scott Bayer. She is survived by a daughter, Anne “Scottie” Alexander Farhangi, a son-in-law, Cyrus Farhangi, a sister, Anne Tisdale Riley, and a brother, Thomas William Tisdale. She leaves behind a beloved Pug, Percy.

Jude attended Hillsboro High School and Martin College. After working at Corroon & Black, she became a 2nd grade art teacher for Scales Elementary School.

She loved music, especially Jimmy Buffet, VW Beetles, and the beach. No one loved Christmas more than Jude. Jude had a kind soul, and always wanted to do for others.

Family will receive friends at Robert and Merrie Alexander’s home at 509 Belgrave Park, Nashville, TN, 37215 on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family of Jude requests that donations be made to Happy Tales Humane of Franklin, TN.
