Joseph George Marchetti

Brentwood, TN

MARCHETTI, Joseph George, Retired Vice-President of Commerce Union Bank and owner of Marchetti's Restaurant died July 24, 2014 at age 93.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luigi and Giaconoda Marchetti, his wives, Tina Marchetti and Frances Jordan Marchetti, brothers; Gino and Umberto Marchetti, sisters; Josephine M. Carter and Elizabeth Moss and grandson, Dino Marchetti.

He is survived by his son, Joe (Martha) Marchetti Jr., grandchildren; Tony (Gayle) Marchetti, Patrick Marchetti, Julianna (Arles) Strong and Debra Marchetti. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, Taylor and Tyler Strong and Jessica Marchetti; sister, Gloria McAlister as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at St. Edward Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2014 at St. Edward Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Patrick Breen, celebrant. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward Catholic School.
