SHANNON, Johnnie Billingsley- Age 84, passed away April 15, 2010. Mrs. Shannon is preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Shannon, Sr.; parents, Thomas Samuel Billingsley and Lois Hogue Billingsley. She is survived by her sons, E.H. Hoover III (Sonia), Thomas S. Hoover, Sr. (Judy); daughter, Eleanor L. Hoover; grandchildren, E.H. Hoover IV and Thomas S. Hoover, Jr. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to Rosie Brooks for her tender loving care. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association or the charity of your choice.
