Joe Brown Davis passed away peacefully at his home on October 18, 2019. Mr. Davis was 100 years old.
He is an Army veteran of WWII. Mr. Davis was awarded a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Following his Military service Joe worked for the United States Post Office for 25 years.
He is survived by his daughter Linda Jo Biggs; grandchildren Christine Gallegos, Joey Davis and Tina Stickney; 8 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years Ruby Davis; son Donald Lee Davis, Great-grand son Justin Gallegos and son in law Clifford Biggs.
Gathering of Family and Friends Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 4:00-7:00pm at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home and on Sunday, October 27, 2019, from 12:30pm-1:30pm also at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin at 1:30pm in the Chapel at Hibbett and Hailey Funeral Home. Burial following at Woodlawn Memorial Garden.
