Jimmie, a United States Veteran of the US Army, and member of Antioch First Baptist Church was born on November 16, 1954, to the late Dimple Lucille Brooks and James Woodrow Ray.
Left to Cherish his memories are his wife of 45 years Beverly (King) Ray; Daughters Dana (Wade) Ray-Waller and Monica (Jason) Ray-Bruce of White House TN; Stepson David (Jenny) Hughes of Hendersonville TN; Grandchildren Kameron (Rachel) Hughes, Lacey Hughes, Colin Ray, Chase Bruce, Autumn Bruce, Kensleigh Waller, Rayleigh Bruce and Hudson Waller.
Great Grandchild Ainsley Hughes;
Sister Jan (Barry) Ray-Suk and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Jimmie is preceded in death by his sisters Colleen Clark, Darla George, Gail (Milburn) Martin and Sheree Blasingame.
A visitation will be held for Jimmie Ray at Antioch First Baptist Church located at 2601 Una Antioch Pike in Antioch TN 37013 on Saturday December 30, 2023 from 12pm - 3pm followed by a small service at 3pm by Brother Larry King.
