Jerry L. Slay, M.D., passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on November 24, 2016. Jerry proudly served his country as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He was a devoted family man and avid outdoorsman. He had a fine taste for travel, the arts, and a unique talent for making people laugh. Gone but not forgotten. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home from six to eight o’clock in the evening and again on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from noon to one o’clock, with service to follow at one. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
