Janice Ruth Farrar, age 76, departed this life on Sunday, July 26, 2020 in Baton Rouge, LA. She was born on September 21, 1943 in Tracy City, Tennessee, to the late Herschel Eugene & Verna Louise Byers Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Shannon Farrar; siblings, Lois Anderson, Larry Anderson and Tim Bandy.
She is survived by her son, Marcus Farrar, of Dickson, grandsons, Trevor Farrar and Travis (Caroline) Farrar; great-granddaughter, Madeline Farrar; sister, Sharon (Chester) Ballard of Denham Springs, LA; Aunts, Mary McDaniel, Audrey Wilson and Delores Dykes; special Niece, Tracy (David) Aymett of Murfreesboro, TN; special friend, Sandy Chandler, of Shelbyville, TN and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A small private family gathering will be held for Inurnment on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at ten o'clock in the morning at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
