James S. Roberts, age 90 of Ridgetop, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017. James was born to the late William and Mattie Roberts in Putnam County on February 22, 1927. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Billie Ruth Roberts. Survivors include sons, Tony (Ellen) Roberts and Rick Roberts; grandchildren, Daniel Roberts, Nathan (Sabra) Roberts, Christopher Roberts; great-grandchild, Embyr Roberts. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 11 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Forrestlawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville.
