Mr. Cockrell was my supervisor at Genesco. He was always kind and considerate! I'm certain my coworkers would all agree❣ I was very young and he always treated me with respect! I so appreciate him and have always thought of him as my best first boss. Love to his family💕

I was fortunate to work under Howard's kindness at Genesco for a few short years. I remember how gentle he was as I was a very young new mother at the time (some 48? years ago.) I was just thinking about the best managers I ever had and he was the first, best one! Love and prayers to his family💕

Howard, Pat, Larry and Sandy were dear neighbors as well as fellow church members many years ago.  So sad to hear of Howard's passing.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Howard was a wonderful man. He was a wonderful Father and Husband. I know that Pat will be at a loss without him. They were both so in love with each other. Howard was a good friend to Eddie and myself back in the days of cb radios. We had a lot of fun together and he will be mised. May you rest in peace Howard. My prayers go out to Pat, Larry and the daughter. We've lost a wonderful person heaven will be lucky to have him.

I'm so sorry for the loss of such a kind, caring man.  He always put a smile on my face with a hug or a good story about the love of his life Mrs. Pat.
