DAVIS, Greta Dean – Age 43 of Goodlettsville passed away May 8, 2012. Preceded in death by mother, Millie McClusky Davis; maternal grandparents, Sam and Claira McClusky; infant brother, Gregory Edward Davis; paternal grandparents, John and Mamie Davis. Survived by father, Melvin Edward Davis; step-mother, Jo Ella Davis Smith; sisters, Julie Davis, Jennifer Davis-Walker, Leona Bell; aunts, Betty Choate and Faye Thompson; great-aunt, Dean Grimsly; nieces and nephews, Tyler Jackson, Autumn Lyle, Jaden Davis and Chloe Walker; fiancé, Michael Stephens; many friends. Greta was a Spanish Professor at Nashville State Community College and a Tae Kwon Do instructor. She was highly respected and a beloved friend and colleague. A Celebration of her life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012 at H.G. Hill Park, Nashville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NSCC Foundation or Lovie’s Legacy.
