George Jeffrey Pinson (Jeff) passed away unexpectedly on Dec 24th, 2015 in Frankfort, Kentucky. George Jeffrey Pinson (Jeff) passed away unexpectedly on Dec 24th, 2015 in Frankfort, Kentucky. The son of Maurice W. and the late Karole Buchanan Pinson, Jeff was born in Nashville, TN on Nov 26, 1974. He graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1996 and had been a student at the Stewart Home School in Frankfort, KY, a residential school for people with intellectual disabilities, since 1998. Jeff is survived by his father, Maurice W. (Billie Jean) Pinson his brother, Bill (Audra) Pinson; his sister, Leigh (Robbie) Sinks; and three nephews and a niece, Tyler, Andrew, and Gracie Sinks, and Will Pinson. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Karole Pinson. In 41 years, Jeff touched so many lives. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. The family will receive friends on December 30 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Woodmont Christian Church, Gathering Hall. Services immediately to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary with the Reverend Clay Stauffer officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully requests donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at 105 Westpark Dr. # 415, Brentwood, TN 37027 or to the Special Olympics Tennessee, Inc. at 461 Craighead Street Nashville, TN 37204 or Progress Incorporated 319 Ezell Pike Nashville TN 37217.
