WHITAKER, Frankie Ruth, age 82, passed away peacefully the 14th of August 2012. She was born on the 16th of July 1930 in Monterey, TN, to the late Walter M. & Louella (Randolph) Whitaker, Sr. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ollen Whitaker & brother, Corbett Whitaker. She is survived by sister, Josephine Rice, brother, Walt (Jacque) Whitaker; niece, Leigh Messick; grandnephew, Josh Messick & friend Sherry Guenther & family. Frankie was a retiree of Nashville Electric Service & a Member of Concord Road Church of Christ. Funeral Services will be held at eleven thirty in the morning on Friday the seventeenth of August 2012 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from six until eight in the evening on Thursday, the sixteenth of August 2012 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
