Mrs Rice drove a Metro School bus for thirty five years. She was a member of the Orchids society and the Stones River Women's Club.
Preceded in death by Husband Charles E. Rice Daughter Kathy Rice.
Survived by Daughters Marie Rice and Barbara (Alan) Garrett. Sons Chuck (Melissa) Rice and Carl (Vickie) Rice. Five Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A visitation for Frances will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM with Brother Jeffrey Smith officiating at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Mt Olivet Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Serving as Honorary pallbearers. Employees of Kempton of Hermitage.
