Born in Blue Eye, MO on the 16th of July 1926 and passed away on the 1st of April 2015 in Goodlettsville, TN at the age of 88.
Preceded in death by parents, S.H. and Oda Clevenger. Survived by children, Betty Jean Smith, Virginia J. Key, Dalgua Lynn Hershey, George Winifred Pruitt, Jr., Ronald O. Jeffers, and Cheryl Freeman; grandchildren, Ben Smith, Sherry Smith, Kayla Smith, Ursula Maurine Jones, Candace Lynn Pruitt, Shane Eric Pruitt, Ron Jeffers, Jr., Jessie Jeffers, Jennie Jeffers, Rebecca Jeffers, Marshall Aaron Frields, Cricket Crosby, and Melissa McKenzie; and numerous great-grandchildren.
The family will gather with friends for a time of remembrance and visitation at Eastland Funeral Home from four o'clock until eight o'clock in the evening on Friday, the 3rd of April 2015.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted in the chapel of Eastland Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Porter Jennings on Saturday, the 4th of April 2015 at one o'clock in the afternoon with visitation being held one hour prior.
Interment will follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
