Earline Rolman

On December 17, 1960, Earline married William "Bill" Rolman Jr., becoming a devoted partner in his ministry. Throughout their years together, she was an active member of every church they served, always ready to help wherever needed. Her greatest joy, however, was working in Sunday School, particularly with toddlers, a ministry she cherished for 40 years. Earline also had a passion for sewing, needlework, and quilting, which she discovered during her time at one of the churches they served.

Earline is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, William “Bill” Rolman Jr.; their children, Richard (Anne), Deborah, and Mark (Suzy). Her memory and their baby blankets will be cherished by her grandchildren, Kate (Kyle) Kidwell, Grace, Mary (Jackson) Tucker, Mason, and Benjamin. She will also be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Pleasant Mount Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1620 Fountain Heights Rd, Columbia, TN 38401, to honor her lifelong commitment to faith and service.

A gathering of family and friends for Earline will be held Monday, March 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A gathering of family and friends will occur Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A committal and interment will occur Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
