Charles Allen McClain, age 88, of Smyrna, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023. He was born on December 1, 1934 to Martha Gertrude McClain and Joseph Benjamin McClain in Nashville, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Archielene McClain. He had two children Allen Wayne McClain of Smyrna, TN and Margaret McClain Rapp (Jim) of Tyler, Texas. He had two grandchildren, Taylor McClain Rapp and Jameson Charles Rapp of Tyler, Texas.
A gathering of family & friends for Charles will be held Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
A celebration of life will occur Friday, October 27, 2023 at 9:00 AM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A graveside service will occur Friday, October 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Spring Hill Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Pike S., Nashville, TN 37216.
