Catherine Lynn Williams

Catherine Lynn Williams, age 62, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, October 9th, 2023. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on February 24th, 1961. Catherine graduated from John Overton High School and received a Bachelor's degree from David Lipscomb University as well as a MSSW from the University of Tennessee.

She married to Foy Williams on June 8th, 2019 in Shelby Ave. Baptist Church. Catherine worked in Social Services for Baptist Hospital now Ascension St. Thomas Midtown Hospital for more than 30 years. She was a member of Eastern Star, Faith Riders, and BOSH M.C.

She is survived by her husband, Foy Williams; stepchildren, Brian and Crystal Williams of White House, Tennessee; Michael and Tina Bush of Hartsville, Tennessee; and Robert and Rebecca Forsythe of Chapmansboro, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kyndra Williams; Kaylee Williams; Trinity Bush; and Lewis Forsythe; brother, James W. McInturff Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James W. McInturff Sr. and Betty McInturff.

She affected the lives of everyone she touched in a positive way. So let it be said of all of us.

A Gathering of Family and Friends for Catherine will be held Friday, October 13th, 2023 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. As well as Saturday, October 14th, 2023 beginning at 9:00am lasting an hour before the Graveside Service at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
