She lived on Long Island for a total of 63 years before she relocated to be near her children. She enjoyed reading, going to concerts and plays, and listening to music. Her family loved when she baked her special butter cookies and the other favorites. Carol’s family and friends were the center of her life and she made a point to remember all the details about everyone. She will be remembered by some as the laughing Grandma. One friend described her perfectly as a wonderful soul who love so deeply and always had a smile to share, a hug to give, and a kind word to say. And another said she was a kind, genuine, and sweet person. She definitely touched many lives and will be missed more than words can say.
