Our hearts are heavy we have lost one of the "Great Ones". Anyone that knew Carl loved him. Judi and I are honored to have known him.  God's job just got easier Carl has arrive, he will take on any task and begin making friends with the other Saints and Angles.  I will be forever greatful to for allowing me to be a part of the Logistics Office of the 125th ARCOM. He always had smile and being in his presents just made you feel good.  Jesus is enjoying having him around.  We will miss him but he lives on in our hearts and memories. Our prayer is for God to comfort the family during this very difficult time. I was my privilege to work with Carl over the past years.  He was a good friend and will be missed.

A friend, fellow Soldier and volunteer, Carl Lambert lived the life we all should hope to live.  He will be missed but lives in our memories.  May God bless Carl, Merletta and his family.

Carl was not only an exceptional volunteer for ESGR, he was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever met, consistently able to "get the job done" while never forgetting the people that do it.  I will miss his friendship.

Merletta and family, Doug and I were so sadden to hear of Carl's passing.  He was a great friend, great Christian as well as a great musician.  He always backed Doug when Doug was unable to play at church.  He was at ease knowing Carl could and would fill in for him.  The last month we looked forward to the weekly visits with Carl, you and family.  Our loss is heaven's gain.  If I may I will leave you with words of a song written by Larry Cordle " For me all is well, now that I have seen Jesus, His healing is perfect don't weep for me.   I'm not really gone, just gone on before....

I had the honor and pleasure of working with and for Carl 2001-2003... He had a heart for the soldiers, our units and the Army Reserves... my heart is with his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing such a Good man..!

Mrs. Lambert and Family,  I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Carl during my current assignment at the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Headquarters in Virginia.  He was always the consummate  gentleman and he had such a pleasant soul.  I will miss our discussions about Tennessee.
