Billy Herman Braxton, age 79, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022. Billy was born January 4, 1943 in McMinnville, Tennessee to Corene Braxton and Herman Braxton.

Billy is survived by his wife, Melinda Braxton; his step-daughter Marianne Abdel; and his granddaughter Rachel Youngblood; his sister Betty Smith, his sister-in-law Faye Braxton.

Billy was preceded in death by his daughter Penny Hayes and his son-in-law David Hayes; his mother Corene Braxton and his father Herman Braxton; his brothers Jim Braxton and Joe Braxton.

A visitation for Billy will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Nash, Tennessee. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Memorial Park, Naples, Tennessee.

Billy will be laid to rest in Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, TN 37204.
