Barry Lamont McDonald

Barry was born in McMinnville, TN, to La Mont and Lucille McDonald. He is predeceased by his parents and his brother David McDonald.

He is survived by his children Matthew McDonald and Paige McDonald; former spouse and mother of his children Lynn McDonald; sister Janice (Bob) Garner; and extended family and beloved friends. He was a proud and loving father, and derived his greatest joy from seeing his children grow into independent, compassionate adults who shared his quick, dry wit.

Barry retired from Bridgestone USA in 2009 after 30 plus years of service, and greatly enjoyed his retirement, traveling with Lynn and discovering new places and new friends around the country.

He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
