Barbara Fox

Barbara went to school at West High in Nashville, Tennessee where she graduated. She married John (Eddie) Fox on June 7th, 1963 in Nashville. Throughout her life she worked for Metro Nashville Public Works and Arthur Anderson Consulting and served as Executive Assistant. She was a member of Judson Baptist Church and involved in the West High School Alumni Association.

In her free time she enjoyed gardening and loving on her three pugs. Most of all she was a proud grandmother and great grandmother. Those that knew Barbara knew she was a people person never meeting a stranger; kind hearted; always willing to help and give of what she had.

Barbara is preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor Crisp; sister, Gayle McCloud; and husband, John (Eddie) Fox.

She is survived by her son, Steve Fox (Tammy); daughter, Denise Fox-Rosser (Tim); grandchildren, Chandler Fox (Heather); Morgan Fox-White (Hilton); Lexi Rosser; great grandchildren, Beckett Fox and Ryleigh Fox.

A gathering of family and friends for Barbara will be held Tuesday, June 20th, 2023 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:30 pm. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
