Anna Dressel Gleaves, 91, passed away June 16, 2016. She was born in Nolensville, TN, January 17, 1925 and grew up in Antioch, TN, graduating from Antioch High in 1942. She was a long-standing member of Woodbine Baptist Church.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Gleaves and son, Arthur Edwin Gleaves.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia G. (Virgil) Clark; son, Terry Lee Gleaves; grandsons, Jason and Jamie Clark; several nieces and nephews; and a cousin. Hers was a life well lived with faith, love and humor.
Visitation will be held from noon until two o’ clock in the afternoon on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at two-thirty in the afternoon at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
