Anna A Donelson

Age 89 of Nashville, Tennessee

Anna was the seventh child and only daughter born to, Richard Lillard and Minnie Lee Miles.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, Richard Lee, Eugene Peter, Joseph, Walter and Willie Bell Lillard; husband, Earl Donelson; daughter, Carlene Floyd; two granchildren, Kenneth and Cera Floyd.

Anna received her early education in the Nashville Davidson County Public School System. She was a former employee of Werthan Bag Corp. and the Andrew Jackson Hotel. She was also a faithful member of Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses.

She is survived by her son, Joseph (Patsy) Lillard; daughters, Flossie (Gregory) Thompson, Rita J. Mathis; ten grandchildren, Dorothy Ann, Charles, Patricia, Frankie and Florence Floyd, Stephanie Lillard, Timothy and Alexandrea Thompson, Nicole Clendening, Joey Lillard; six great grandchildren; five nieces-one devoted, Brenda Wallace; two nephews; several friends and Kingdom Hall members.

Family Gathering will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Saturday, May 23, 2015, 12pm-3pm.

I've only moved away!

Though we dread to let go of the one we loved. When that time comes for them to depart- we have the assurance as time passes, of all the fond memories that will forever live in our hearts.

The family members are most grateful for the comforting expressions of love and sympathy received.
