Clara Carr Neely, age 77, passed away on November 2, 2015 at her home in Buffalo Valley, TN. Preceded in death by husband, Bobby Lovay Neely; mother and father, Othel and Levold Carr; sisters, Jean Carr Mackie, Hilda Carr Maxwell, Rebecca Carr Maynard; brothers, Jimmy Carr, Marty Carr, Bobby Carr and Michael Carr. Survived by sisters, Carolyn Carr, (Jim) Bates, Margaret Carr Thomas, Jan Carr Greene, Shirley Carr (Randy) Douglas, Leora (Ralph) Strahin; brother, Jerry (Elaine) Carr. Graveside service will be on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
