Preceded in death by father Andrew J. Peters Sr., mother Mattie Love Blackwood Peters. Survived by wife Patricia Smallen. Peters, daughter Andrea Jill Fuller (Mike), son William Edgar Peters, stepdaughter Kari Harold(Mike), stepson Kyle Smallen (Tiffany). For 41 years was owner and CEO of Raymond’s Salon Services. Visitation Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Service at 11 a.m. reception to follow at St. Henry Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers contributions to Alive Hospice.
