She will be remembered as a loving wife and Mother.
Ruth is survived by her children Cynthia (Bill) Gardner and James Michael Ogan; Grandchildren Shannon Ogan, Ashley St. Juste, Rene Mongomery, Kelly Tatanka, Ruthie Constantine, Crosby Gardner and Erin Gardner; six great grandchildren; Brothers Vinyard Drake and Jerry (Zena) Drake.
She is preceded in death by her husband James W. Ogan whom she shared her family and 42 years of marriage. Also preceded in death by her husband of nine years Emmet Lamont Moore; and daughter Nancy Ogan-Burke.
Visitation Tuesday August 21, 2018 from Ten thirty until eleven thirty in the morning at Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home. Funeral will begin at eleven thirty in the morning in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Burial following at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
