We live in Michigan, but met Al years ago in Whites Creek, TN. Our son, Cory Gierman, was a good friend of Al’s, so we became his friend too.  Al and Cory enjoyed working together and spending time together, watching NASCAR and going to local restaurants to share a meal. When we visited Cory, we usually had Al over for dinner. He really appreciated sharing a meal with our family.

We will cherish our time with Al. He had an extraordinary life. We loved hearing stories of his Air Force adventures as well as his time in Nashville with his friends in the music business.

We loved Al, and will keep him our heart forever.
