Terrence N. O'Brien, 85, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus, IN. He was born June 12, 1932 in Ft. Wayne, IN the son of the late Roscoe and Ann O'Brien. The family will have a private memorial service for him at a later date.
