Richard Dale "Dale" Scrougham

Richard “Dale” Scrougham, Nashville, age 46, passed away December 20 at Hospice of South Central Indiana, Columbus. He was born October 20, 1964 in Columbus, IN. to Richard Leon & Joyce (Medsker) Scrougham Johnson.

Dale was a former employee of Scrougham Construction. He was a model train enthusiast, enjoyed music, & loved to play the drums.

Dale is survived by his mother, Joyce (Jay) Johnson, Nashville, sister, Robin (Doug) Stevens, Nashville, daughter, Leandra K. Epler, Indianapolis, nephew, Jared Stevens, Nashville. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Leon Scrougham.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, December 23, from 10:00 A.M.-12:00 noon, at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, Nashville. A private graveside service will be conducted at Lanam Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Rick Clayton.
