Richard was a self-employed truck driver for many years. In his spare time he loved to fish and enjoyed woodworking.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Mary, two sons: Randy Aspenson of Columbus and Rick Aspenson of Nashville. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Josh, Troy and Jarod and 6 great grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on December 28, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Rd. 135 North, Nashville, IN 47448.
