Milford Earl Baker, Jr., 80, of Nashville passed away at his home November 11, 2015. He was born November 21, 1934 in Soldiers Grove, WI the son of Milford Earl Baker, Sr. and Dorothy Mae (Schoville) Baker.
Milford retired as maintenance coordinator with a printing company. He was inducted into the AAU Basketball Volunteer Hall of Fame in 2010 where he was Lt. Governor for the Central District of Illinois. Milford enjoyed twenty five years with AAU basketball and helped with AAU National Tournaments.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon (Neubauer) Baker, Nashville, children, Melody (Larry) Horgan, Aurora, CO, Kristine Morlan, Tiffin, Iowa, and, Michael (Melanie) Baker, Salt Lake City, Utah, step children, Melissa (Jeff) Hundrieser, Chicago, and Jerry (Maggie) Budde, Grayslake, IL, brother, Roger (Sherry) Baker, half- brother, Glen Baker, sister in law, Linda Baker, and Rubin Conway whom Milford helped raise, and fourteen grandchildren, including Kendall Budde who resided with him. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Gordon Baker, in infancy and Terry Baker, and sister, Gwen Perrewe.
