Dean Ford Terrill, 26, of Columbus passed away Monday, June 24, 2024 in I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. He was born January 8, 1998 in Columbus to Kim Duane Terrill and Jacqueline Critney Terrill. He was a Hunting Guide in Colorado.
Survivors include his mother and bonus dad, Jackie and Richy Trowbridge of Columbus; a brother Wyatt Terrill of Lima, Ohio; a sister, Jessica Roth; his grandmothers, Judy Devening and Deanna Terrill; a niece, Arya Pemberton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandfathers, Francis Critney III, Jerry Dean Terrill and Jeff Devening.
Dean lived to be hunting. He was very funny; he loved others and would do anything to help those around him; he loved sharing his Colorado adventures and how much his mother, who was very proud of him, looked forward to the calls, pictures and videos; he was an amazing uncle to Arya; and he will be missed and especially when seeing his whole face light up when he talked about Arya, or shared stories about a sweet little boy who held a special place in his heart. His love for them will live on. Dean enjoyed being able to use his experience as a guide in Colorado and riding horses.
There will be a Memorial Gathering on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North, Nashville.
