Robert E. Cheney Jr. born to Robert E. Cheney Sr. and Mary Ellen Swanton on May 2, 1961 passed away on May 19, 2021 quietly in his home. He was a maintenance supervisor at Rustic Crust for ten years, worked at the tannery, and was proud of his part in the hydro dam. He was part of the Pittsfield community for 30 years where he made many friends and touched the lives of countless others. The world will be a dimmer place without his sunny disposition and laid-back attitude. He is survived by his wife Amy, brother Ralph, sister Rita, his five children, Matt, Rachel, Ryan, Pat, Kaisha, and his many grandchildren.
