Frank was a Navy veteran in Korea; he was also a part of the Elks Club, Lafayette Club, and the American legion. He worked for the Boston Herald for 18 years and the Bowne of Boston for 21 years.
He is survived by his four children, Mark Hoffman and his wife Laurie of Stoughton, MA, Jim Hoffman of Milford, NH, Patricia Joyce and her husband John of Nashua, and Janet Conroy of Nashua. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Erin Joyce, Kate Hoffman, Kimberly Hoffman, Paul Conroy, Lauren Conroy, Justin Conroy, John Hoffman, Mitchel Hoffman, and Camron Hoffman, along with three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St. Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, January 7th at 11:00AM at Parish of the Resurrection, 449 Broad St. Nashua. Burial will take place in the spring.
