Ruth Evangeline Stepp, 95, of Homestead, Florida passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025. She was born August 31, 1929 in New Brighton, Pennsylvania to Arthur and Helen Haselton Gould. She married Jack Stepp September 11, 1947.
She graduated with a degree in elementary education and master's degree, teaching until her retirement. She was active in her husband's construction company.
She is survived by her son, Jack (Kay) Stepp of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and her daughter, Delores (Robbie) Morales of Homestead, Florida, five grandchildren, Jason, Shawn, and Jared Stepp and Erica and Derek Shidler, thirteen great-grandchildren. a sister, Venetia Chambers and a brother, Dan Gould.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a brother, Arthur Gould and a sister Priscilla Hawkins.
She actively volunteered in her church teaching Sunday School, bookkeeping, working with youth and singing. She loved her family and Jesus. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, a friend to many and respected as a beautiful Christian.
