He was born in Hazard, Ky on June 17, 1949, to the late William W. Stout Sr. and Ruby Jewell Jones Stout.
Bill worked at Campbell Soup Co of Napoleon for 47 years as a boiler engineer and maintenance man in the Power Plant.
Bill was a member of the Holgate Baptist Church. He loved fishing, old cars, landscaping, the Cleveland Browns and his cats. The Wild Cats of Kentucky, that is!
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Rosa (Midge) Arnett Stout. His children William (Beth) Terry Stout of Hamler, Charlotte (Jeff) Fairchild of Cincinnati, and Anthony (Nicole) Duane Stout of Malinta, his eight grandchildren and brothers, John of Grelton, Larry of Liberty Center, Jimmy of West Union, and Kenny of South Dakota, loving Aunt Mable Smith of Toledo, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives in Kentucky.
Never once complaining about his health, he lived life to the utmost and was strong in his faith in Christ up to his passing. Enjoy your new home, Dad and leave the maintenance work to God!
