Thomas Wayland Morley

Thomas Wayland Morley passed away on August 15, 2017 in Naples, Florida at the age of 69. Tom was born in San Diego, California, but grew up in Kenilworth, Illinois. He was the first son of Dr. Buel and Dorothy Jeanne Morley and a graduate of Sears School, Culver Military Academy, and The University of Arizona. Tom had recently retired after 35+ years as a financial executive recruiter. He will be remembered for his booming laugh, witty sense of humor (including heavy doses of self-deprecation that made him even more endearing), his love and dedication to friends and family (he never missed a birthday), and his damn good looks and charm (his words). Tom, aka “T. Wonderful,” was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his three siblings, his seven nieces and nephews, his three great nephews, and many cherished cousins on both the Miller and Morley sides of the family. The memorial service is scheduled for September 30, 2017 at The Church of the Holy Comforter located at 222 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, IL 60043 at 11am.
